On the evening of March 19, 2019 the meeting “La foresta di Monte Morello: gestire una risorsa ed i suoi benefici. La parola ai cittadini” has been held in the Sala Meucci of the Sesto Fiorentino library. The event represented an important opportunity for comparison not only for professionals, but aimed above all at citizenship. The participation of the community and the subjects involved in various ways in the management of Monte Morello has been truly exceptional, and some journalists – who interviewed the LIFE FoResMit team – took part in the event.

The event took place in two parts: technical and political interventions were initially held; after the buffet, a lively and interesting discussion with the citizens was opened, which allowed technicians and researchers to gather important information on the perception of the management of Monte Morello by the local community.
